You will take the lead in building and maintaining databases that enable the segmentation and analysis of customer data by type, behaviours, and trends. By incorporating social, demographic, and geographical insights, you will deepen our understanding of key customer attributes. Your work will facilitate the development of evidence-based strategies that improve operational efficiency and customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse raw data extracted from DVLA systems or build databases to identify trends and provide robust evidence for development and decision‑making.

  • Engage with stakeholders on the specification of agreed projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Excel and Power BI.
  • Organised and able to work at pace to deliver quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and experience presenting and adapting to audiences.
  • Detail‑oriented and analytical; experience as a Performance Analyst is preferred.
