Developing and maintaining a directorate communication plan, with a two way feed to and from the Agency plan, identifying key messages, channel fit and audience for all directorate communications through effective networks. Supporting Director and SLT in delivering effective communications (content, timing and approach). Gathering and ensuring feedback from communications is understood, evaluated and used to identify and drive improvements both at local and corporate level.
