About the Role:As our Internal Resourcing & Compliance Consultant, you\'ll be based in our Barnsley office and play a key part in helping us find the right people for our valued clients across sectors such as driving, warehousing, and logistics.
Youll work closely with the team to:
Resource and screen candidates for a range of roles
Ensure all compliance and on-boarding documentation is complete and up to standard
Maintain accurate records and support with right-to-work checks
Build strong internal relationships to understand client requirements
Grow your knowledge of recruitment, transport regulations, and agency operations
