We have a new opportunity for a Motor Trade Service Booking Clerk in Suffolk. We are seeking to recruit a highly professional individual who can provide support as a Service Booking Clerk. You will need to be able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and other staff members in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.
Key duties:
- Recording all relevant information in terms of service bookings.
- Advising customers on service, parts and warranty updates.
- Arranging and re-booking customers' service work to be carried out.
- Advising and selling additional work found during vehicle inspections.
- Registering payment by finalising and invoicing the customer and collecting payment.
- Providing similar support to the sales team.
Key performance indicators:
- Customer satisfaction.
- Repeat bookings.
- Retail hours sold.
The successful applicant will be IT literate, self-motivated and have a proactive approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience. A full driving licence is required along with a stable working history.
