Driven Brands is hiring a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to lead real estate development for Take 5 Oil Change in select markets. This role will manage the full development process—from site identification to store opening in select corporate markets—and support franchisees with their development pipelines in select franchisee markets. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing brand and make a direct impact on national expansion.
How You Will Own It
- Identify and secure top-tier real estate sites for development
- Manage the full development lifecycle: site selection, LOI negotiation, due diligence, and coordination through store opening
- Partner with franchisees to support market planning and pipeline execution
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, developers, and municipalities
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, construction, finance) to ensure timely deal execution
- Track and report on pipeline progress and key performance metrics
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of real estate development experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or QSR
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Experience working with both corporate and franchise models
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals across regions
- Must be willing to travel up to 30%
