Salary depends on experience level:
- £32,000 + £6,000 (Uncapped) in Bonuses - Service Technician
- £34,000 + £6,000 (Uncapped) in Bonuses - MOT Tester
- £36,000 + £6,000 (Uncapped) in Bonuses - Diagnostic Technician
- £38,000 + £6,000 (Uncapped) in Bonuses - Diagnostic Technician with MOT Licence
- £42,000 + Bonuses (Uncapped) - Master Technician (With qualification proof of brand accreditation)

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become an essential member of our service team.
Usual Duties for a Vehicle Technician:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults, including complex systems where required.
- Deliver work to the highest quality and fix issues first time to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and complete video vehicle health checks where applicable.
- Assist colleagues with training and mentoring (where role relevant).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant qualifications (Dependent on role applied for: NVQ Level 3 in Light Motor Vehicle Repair / MOT Testing Licence / Master Technician brand specific qualifications).
- A passion for customer service and teamwork.
- A proactive approach to learning, especially around new technologies like EVs and hybrids (where applicable).
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, or communication skills tailored to the nature of the role.
- Previous experience in a similar position is required.
