Job Opportunity: Vehicle Sales Executive
Hours of work:Monday to Friday 8.30am β 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am β 5pm with one hour lunch break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10am to 4pm.

About the Role β Car Sales Executive
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, customer-focused sales team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be the face of the dealership β guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey from first contact to handover.
Youβll focus on delivering a personal and professional experience that builds lasting relationships and drives long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
- Understand customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicle options
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
- Build trust through honest product knowledge and finance advice
- Prepare quotes, complete paperwork, and ensure full FCA compliance
- Work toward individual and team targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to aftersales follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
- Support vehicle handovers, helping ensure a smooth and exciting experience for the customer
What Weβre Looking For
- Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing retail role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, target-driven attitude
- Confidence in using CRM systems and basic office tools
- Full UK driving licence β Held for a minimum of 2 years.
