We’re looking for a Master Technician to join our trusted, forward-thinking automotive team in Leamington Spa. At Drive Motor Retail, we combine high-quality, supportive management, and genuine career progression.

  • Bonus Scheme: Realistic OTE £52,000 – £54,000 for top performers.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Diagnose, service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Perform complex diagnostics and fault-finding on modern systems
  • Carry out vehicle health checks (including video, where applicable)
  • Mentor and support junior technicians
  • Maintain workshop safety, quality, and housekeeping standards

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • EV and Hybrid qualifications (Desired for top banding of salary)
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Positive, reliable team player with a passion for learning.
