Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, knowledgeable service to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers
- Process parts enquiries and orders with accuracy and urgency
- Identify additional sales opportunities and promote special offers
- Use your technical knowledge to assist customers clearly and confidently
- Communicate any stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager promptly
- Maintain compliance with company processes and customer data protection policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor in a dealership or Automotive environment
- Strong working knowledge of parts catalogues and stock control systems
- High level of accuracy in all administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting team targets
Desirable:
- Experience with CDK (Kerridge) systems
- A solid technical understanding of motor vehicles and components
