We’re looking for a Master Technician to join our trusted, forward-thinking automotive team in Leamington Spa. At Drive Motor Retail, we combine high-quality, supportive management, and genuine career progression.

Your Day-to-Day
- Diagnose, service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Perform complex diagnostics and fault-finding on modern systems
- Carry out vehicle health checks (including video, where applicable)
- Mentor and support junior technicians
- Maintain workshop safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- EV and Hybrid qualifications (Desired for top banding of salary)
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
