Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am – 5pm with one hour lunch break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10am to 4pm.

We are looking for an experienced sales manager who is tenacious, enthusiastic and comfortable taking responsibility for performance and lead development to join our team in Ipswich.

Responsibilities
- Ensure showroom and vehicle display areas are neat and tidy
- Ensure sales team are fully motivated and correctly targeted
- Ensure Drive sales process is fully adhered to
- Ensure PSS is at or above the national average
- Actively promote Drive within the local community
- Ensure profit sheets are raised and passed to accounts within 24 hours of deal being signed
- Ensure staff rota’s are maintained and that the showroom is always correctly staffed
- Chair morning team meetings
- Ensure sales team are controlled to ensure daily prospecting activity and follow-up targets are achieved
