We are looking for an ambitiousBusiness Development Managerto join our established dealership in Weston-Super-Mare and play a key role in the exciting launch and growth of ourVauxhall andCitroën Commercial Vehicle operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales and business development background to help build a commercial vehicle customer base from the ground up, while benefiting from the strength, facilities and reputation of an already well-established Vauxhall dealership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new local business opportunities, building long-term relationships with SME and fleet customers, generating their own prospect pipeline and representing both theVauxhall andCitroën Commercial Vehicle brandsacross the local area.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Proactive, driven and confident developing new business
- Comfortable prospecting and building relationships with local businesses
- Experienced within automotive, commercial vehicles, fleet or B2B sales – although the right attitude and proven business development experience is equally important
- Target-focused with a strong commercial mindset
- Able to take ownership of an exciting new operation and help shape its future growth
