About the Role

Usual Duties:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults, including complex systems where required.
- Deliver work to the highest quality and fix issues first time to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and complete vehicle health checks where applicable.
- Assist colleagues with training and mentoring (where role relevant).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are passionate, reliable, and driven to grow with us. The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant qualifications Dependent on role applied for: NVQ Level 3 in Light Motor Vehicle Repair / MOT Testing Licence - Preferred.
- A passion for customer service and teamwork.

- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, or communication skills tailored to the nature of the role.
- Previous experience in a similar position is required.
