Drive Bristol North are looking for a Compound Operative to join their team due to the continued success within the dealership. This position is centred around the coordination and movement of vehicles within a busy dealership environment. You will be responsible for ensuring cars are relocated across the site in a timely, organised, and safe manner, supporting both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day duties will include managing the flow of vehicles, fuelling vehicles, positioning dealership stock, and handling customer cars with care and attention. Alongside vehicle logistics, you will contribute to the overall presentation and functionality of the site, assisting with routine upkeep tasks and maintaining a clean, well-organised environment.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and confident working independently. A professional and approachable manner is essential, as you will regularly engage with both customers and colleagues. A full, clean driving licence is required for this role.
