We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bodyshop Estimator to play a key role within our busy Bodyshop operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator who takes pride in accuracy, customer communication, and delivering high standards of vehicle repair assessment.
The Role
As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and producing accurate repair estimates, ensuring transparency and clear communication with customers, insurers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine repair requirements
- Liaise with customers and insurance companies to explain estimates and repair processes
- Maintain clear, accurate and well-organised records of estimates and repair orders
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry standards
- Comply with all Health & Safety procedures
About You
- Previous experience in a Vehicle Estimator role
- Confident in producing accurate repair estimates
- Strong working knowledge of Audatex, Escribe and PAS 10125 (essential)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
- Committed to delivering complete customer satisfaction
- Able to support the achievement of departmental sales targets
