Drive Bristol North are looking for a Compound Operative to join their team due to the continued success within the dealership. This position is centred around the coordination and movement of vehicles within a busy dealership environment. You will be responsible for ensuring cars are relocated across the site in a timely, organised, and safe manner, supporting both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing the flow of vehicles
- Fuelling vehicles
- Positioning dealership stock
- Handling customer cars with care and attention
Alongside vehicle logistics, you will contribute to the overall presentation and functionality of the site, assisting with routine upkeep tasks and maintaining a clean, well-organised environment.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and confident working independently. A professional and approachable manner is essential, as you will regularly engage with both customers and colleagues. A full, clean driving licence is required for this role.
