DealerPILOT HR Automation is looking for an HR Associate to support growing needs in recruitment services to the automotive industry, collaborate with the advisory team on strategic initiatives, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Sr. Manager, Professional Services.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and client‑related content and services, providing advice on day‑to‑day HR and H&S enquiries.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, legislative updates, industry news, and maintain ongoing professional development.
  • Assist clients with recruitment and actively participate in the candidate experience.
  • Work effectively in a remote setting while making periodic on‑site visits to clients in the Greater Toronto Area.

Qualifications:

  • Related HR designation – CHRP or RPR preferred.
  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on recruitment and HR processes.
  • Strong understanding of talent management practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) and ability to influence at all levels.
  • In‑depth knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive approach to problem‑solving and independent work to contribute to team goals.

Employment Details:

  • Job Type: Full‑time
  • Pay: $45,000 – $55,000 per year
  • Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
