DriveAbility Scotland is hiring a Driving Adviser to support its specialist driving assessment service across the Highlands. This role suits an experienced ADI who wants to use their skills in a more meaningful and client-focused setting.

The role includes:

  • Carrying out driving assessments with a clinical team
  • Supporting clients with a wide range of needs
  • Delivering clear and structured assessments
  • Producing reports with recommendations
  • Creating a supportive and professional experience for clients
  • Travelling across the region as required

Working pattern: 1 day per week, increasing to 2 days as demand grows. Regional travel required.

What we are looking for:

  • Essential: Minimum 3 years experience as an ADI
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT and report writing skills
  • Not essential: Experience with vehicle adaptations or additional needs
