DriveAbility Scotland is hiring a Driving Adviser to support its specialist driving assessment service across the Highlands. This role suits an experienced ADI who wants to use their skills in a more meaningful and client-focused setting.
The role includes:
- Carrying out driving assessments with a clinical team
- Supporting clients with a wide range of needs
- Delivering clear and structured assessments
- Producing reports with recommendations
- Creating a supportive and professional experience for clients
- Travelling across the region as required
Working pattern: 1 day per week, increasing to 2 days as demand grows. Regional travel required.
What we are looking for:
- Essential: Minimum 3 years experience as an ADI
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT and report writing skills
- Not essential: Experience with vehicle adaptations or additional needs
