An exciting opportunity has arisen within our HR Team, and we warmly invite applications for the role of Human Resources Manager at Drive. As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Human Resources Team, overseeing all aspects of a dynamic and fast-paced HR function. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive employee experience, ensuring that every team member thrives throughout their career with Drive.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience leading and managing an operational HR team.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellence in service provision.
  • A CIPD and management qualification at Level 5 or above (preferred but not essential, provided you are an experienced HR professional confident and experienced in managing a busy department).
