This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Cardiff for a Support Worker at Drive. The Support Worker will provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities to help them achieve their goals and maintain independence. Daily tasks include:
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting household tasks
- Accompanying individuals to activities or appointments
- Ensuring overall well‑being
- Building positive relationships with individuals, families, and the community

Qualifications
- Experience providing personal care and supporting daily living activities for people with disabilities
