The Opportunity
Are you interested in numbers, problem-solving and how organisations manage their finances? Drive is offering a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in finance and accounting. As our Finance Apprentice, you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting our Finance Team while working towards a fully funded AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification.
You’ll gain practical experience in bookkeeping, accounting records, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations and business finance, developing the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in the finance profession. You’ll be part of a supportive team, learning from experienced colleagues and gaining valuable workplace experience alongside your studies. The role has been designed to support progression through AAT qualifications and provide a strong foundation for future finance careers.

What You’ll Learn
As part of the apprenticeship, you’ll gain experience in:
- Bookkeeping and accounting records
- Purchase and sales ledger processes
- Bank reconciliations and financial controls

- Professional ethics and financial governance
You’ll work closely with the Finance Team while developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for a recognised AAT qualification.

Application Process & Key Dates
We’re keen to move quickly with this apprenticeship opportunity to ensure the successful candidate is able to begin their AAT programme with our training provider. Interviews: Tuesday 11 August and Wednesday 12 August 2026. The apprenticeship programme begins on 8 September 2026, so the successful candidate will need to complete all pre-employment checks and onboarding activities before this date.
