Drive is recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated teams across services in Bridgend. This permanent role offers flexible contracted hours between 16 and 37.5 per week, designed to meet the needs of the people we support. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and sleep‑in duties as required.
You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to enable independence, life skills, and community access, with training, DBS checks, and progression opportunities available.
