Our client is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to run a Bodyshop based in Poole. This role may suit a driven and motivated Bodyshop Manager who is experienced in the role.
Our client is offering the following:
- Basic between £50,000 - £55,000
- Bonus scheme – Site performance related (OTE £70k - £75k)
- Monday to Friday
- Permanent role
You must be able to demonstrate experience of:
- Producing / implementing marketing & sales strategies
- Overseeing recruitment, staff training and staff retention
- Ensuring the bodyshop always adheres to Manufacturer and Group standards
- Monitoring bodyshop performance against Group targets/budgets
- Producing reports as required by the Group
