Fully remote but must be able to get to Hounslow, Brentford, Lewisham and Morden

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse residential portfolio across Hounslow, Brentford, Lewisham and Morden.
This is a predominantly field-based role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 450-500 residential properties across locations including Hounslow, Brentford, Lewisham and Morden. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, fully compliant, and delivering an excellent service to residents and stakeholders.
This is an Affordable Housing portfolio, consisting of General Needs and Shared Ownership properties, with services delivered on behalf of local authorities, registered providers, and institutional investors.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of a multi-site residential portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and take full ownership of an assigned residential property portfolio.
- Ensure properties and estates are maintained to a high standard and remain fully compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular estate inspections and ensure identified issues are resolved promptly.
- Manage all aspects of the housing management lifecycle, including:
- Voids management
- Property viewings
- Tenancy sign-ups
- Mutual exchanges
- Check-outs and inventory management
- Monitor contractor and service provider performance, ensuring works are completed to the required standards and within agreed timescales.
- Manage tenant repairs, defects, and compliance-related actions through property management systems.
- Handle anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, including issuing notices and representing the organisation in legal proceedings where required. xgikmsk
