- OTE: Up to £60,000
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all benefits provided by Drive are effectively communicated to customers at every opportunity
- Monitor, coach, and train Service Advisors to achieve business goals and maintain high levels of performance
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention standards
- Manage and resolve complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Take responsibility for the profit of the department and work towards achieving set budgets
- Regularly review staff efficiency and productivity through reports, and produce timely reports for board meetings
- Ensure all Drive processes are fully adhered to and that health and safety regulations are complied with

- Proven experience in a Service Manager role (Main Dealer preferred)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver outstanding results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
