General Sales Manager in Scarborough

Location: Scarborough
Basic Salary: £45,000
OTE: £65,000
Working Pattern: 5 days per week, with every Sunday off and one weekday off.

We're looking for an experienced Automotive General Sales Manager to lead our Sales team at our Scarborough site. Someone who knows how to motivate people, drive performance and create a team that consistently delivers.

• A strong track record of achieving targets and driving profitability
• The ability to lead, develop and hold a Sales team accountable
• Confidence managing Sales KPIs, stock, pricing and appraisals
• A strong understanding of customer experience and the importance of repeat business
• Commercial awareness, energy and the ability to lead from the front

Your experience matters

We're looking for someone who understands the motor trade, knows how to get the best out of a Sales team and can balance commercial performance with high customer service standards.

You'll take ownership of the department, develop your people and drive results.
