As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Executives and ensuring all finance and insurance processes are fully compliant, efficient, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through financing and insurance options in a clear and compliant manner.
  • Maximise finance and insurance sales while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Executives to support vehicle sales.
  • Maintain accurate records for all transactions, ensuring FCA compliance at all times.
  • Proactively manage customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Deliver structured training and coaching to Sales Executives on finance and product presentation.
  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving team and dealership targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through transparency and trust.

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic sales team. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar F&I role within the motor trade.
  • Full understanding of FCA compliance and finance product regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
  • Confident in using finance software and dealership CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and management.
  • Full UK driving licence - Held for a minimum of 2 years.
