Your work will have a direct impact on improving the quality of life for individuals in need—including supporting the NHS, hospitals and care homes to deliver essential services.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll travel between sites (including customer homes) and be responsible for the delivery, installation and training of beds, mattresses and other medical equipment, in line with infection control policies. Whilst ensuring high standards of care and excellent customer service.
- To install, collect and exchange medical equipment as required
- Plan daily tasks for maximum efficiency
- Cleaning any products returned to the service centre, such as hospital beds, mattresses, and spare parts from medical equipment which may be heavily soiled
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle equipment safely and follow health & safety protocols
- Maintain van stock and complete accurate paperwork
- Maintain Company vehicle to a high standard
- Support additional duties as required by management
