We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our busy Customer Service team on a short-term fixed-term contract (likely about 6 weeks). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, has a keen eye for detail and is looking for flexible, part-time hours (20-25 hours/week).

Working within our office environment, you will support the team by scanning and uploading customer quotations and documentation into our company database, helping to ensure records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the Customer Service department with document control and administration tasks
  • Scanning customer quotations and documentation into the company database
  • Creating case numbers and uploading documents to the correct locations
  • Ensuring information is processed accurately and in line with company procedures
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and data accuracy

What we're looking for

  • Previous administration or office experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills and confidence using databases and office systems
  • Strong attendance and timekeeping
  • A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a clean, safe office environment
  • Commitment to following health and safety procedures
