Are you a commercially driven, qualified accountant looking for a high-profile role with genuine influence and future progression opportunities? We're seeking an ambitious finance professional to join our UK business and play a pivotal role in driving performance, decision-making and strategic growth.
Working closely with the Head of FP&A, you'll become one of the key finance leaders in the organisation, partnering with directors and senior stakeholders across our diverse UK operations. This role offers exposure to manufacturing, service and multi-channel product sales, providing the opportunity to shape both strategic and operational decisions.
You'll deliver insightful commercial analysis, build robust financial models, lead stock reporting and performance analysis across multiple entities, and support business growth through tenders, profitability reviews and investment appraisals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll challenge and support stakeholders to ensure accountability, improve business performance and drive continuous improvement across reporting and processes.

What we're looking for:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 2+ years' post-qualified experience
- Strong commercial finance background
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience presenting financial analysis and forecasts to senior audiences
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
- Manufacturing and/or service industry experience advantageous
- Knowledge of stock reporting and ERP systems such as SAP, Syspro, Sage or Phocas desirable
