Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Golf Assistant, based in the Greater Derby Area. The Golf Assistant will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing guidance with golf equipment use, ensuring the facility is maintained and organized, and assisting with any customer inquiries. Duties also include coordinating with the team to support operations, promoting excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for the guests.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Knowledge and interest in golf, including proficiency with golf equipment and basic golf techniques

Experience or understanding of golf course operations and maintenance, such as irrigation practices, is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

A passion for sports and creating an engaging and positive experience for customers

Prior experience in a hospitality or sports-related role is an advantage
