The Role:
Join an existing team of three to boost recovery capacity and capability in the credit hire team, handling litigation cases from start to finish. Work closely with our claims and recoveries teams to maximise recovery values on cases, while providing strategic advice on case prospects and values.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for assessing case prospects and commencing legal proceedings for recovery quickly and efficiently.
- Handling cases of mixed values and complexities including cases for Taxi drivers and Driving instructors.
- Providing technical advice, help and guidance to the clients and claims function.
- Handling cases through to final hearing/trial if required.
What You Need:
- Previous experience in a similar role - ideally 3-5 years in litigation.
- Experience with Pro-claim or case management systems.
- A background in handling credit hire claims.
