About the Role: Job is being advertised by Arcus Facilities Management. We are recruiting an ISCM Operative to join the team at the Romford site. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for full-time, permanent work with early morning shifts. You will be part of the on-site operations team, helping to ensure the site runs smoothly and to a high standard each day.

This Role is a Full Time (39 hours per week), Permanent Contract.

Shift Times:

  • Sunday: Off
  • Monday: 5:00am – 11:30am
  • Tuesday: 5:00am – 11:30am
  • Wednesday: 5:00am – 11:30am
  • Thursday: 5:00am – 11:30am
  • Friday: 5:00am – 2:30pm
  • Saturday: 5:00am – 11:30am

Total: 39 hours per week

Location: Romford, RM1 1AU (East London – excellent transport links into central London)

Day to day Duties/ Expectations:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations on site
  • Making sure areas are clean, safe and ready for use
  • Working as part of a small team to keep things running smoothly
  • Following health & safety and site procedures

Ideal Candidate Profile and Requirements:

  • Likes early starts and having afternoons free
  • Wants a reliable, permanent full-time job
  • Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Is reliable, punctual and happy to be hands-on
  • Wants to build work experience and routine
