Self-employed contractors required for the role of Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver in Leicester at £14.10 per hour.
Drivers will be responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles to and from various locations in mainland UK and will be expected to:
- Provide exceptionally high standard vehicle handovers to our client's end customers and deliver vehicles with pride and enthusiasm - you will be our client's brand ambassadors.
- Perform full vehicle checks at collection and handover in accordance with BVRLA standards (full training provided).
- Understand the customer experience and also have extensive vehicle knowledge.
- Carry out valets and fuel top-ups where appropriate before delivering to customers.
- Provide feedback on each job to ensure our client understands what the experience was like for their customers.
The role requires:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English and outstanding communication skills.

- Good knowledge of vehicle components and derivatives.

We are currently looking for a number of drivers based in the Midlands. Successful applicants not chosen for this role can be placed on a waiting list for future availability.
For insurance purposes, the successful candidate will be over 30 years of age and have held a UK driving licence for a minimum of 5 years. Candidates should have no more than 3 points on their driving licence and must not have been charged with any serious motoring offences. Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 4 days per week, including Fridays, and may be expected to work the occasional Saturday. An up-to-date smartphone is required to carry out inspections using the Ferris App.
