The Role - Vehicle Handover Specialist
- Drivers will be responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles to and from various locations in mainland UK.
- Provide exceptionally high standard vehicle handovers to our client's end customers and deliver vehicles with pride and enthusiasm - you will be our client's brand ambassadors.
- Perform full vehicle checks at collection and handover in accordance with BVRLA standards (full training provided).
- Understand the customer experience and also have extensive vehicle knowledge.
- Carry out valets and fuel top ups where appropriate before delivering to customers.
- Provide feedback on each job to ensure our client understands what the experience was like for their customers.

The Candidate
We are currently looking for a number of drivers to join our team that are based in the Midlands. Any applicants that are successful but not chosen for this role can be placed on a waiting list and contacted if there is any further availability at a later date.
For insurance purposes, the successful candidate will be over 30 years of age and have held a UK driving licence for a minimum of 5 years. Candidates should have no more than 3 points on their driving licence and have not been charged with any serious motoring offences. Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 4 days per week which must include Fridays. You will also be expected to work the occasional Saturday. Candidates will be expected to have an up to date smartphone to carry out inspections using the Ferris App.
