- Lead new product development and launches, from concept, clinical validation, and business case through to launch, adoption, and post-market optimisation.
- Develop compelling value propositions and pricing strategies, ensuring strong health-economic, clinical, and commercial justification for each segment.
- Own go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, training, tender support, and launch excellence across all channels.

- Proven understanding of the full product lifecycle, whether through hands-on product management, clinical evaluation, portfolio ownership, innovation, or commercial leadership.
- Strong clinical insight, with the ability to interpret patient outcomes, risk factors, and care pathways and translate these into product and portfolio decisions.
- Demonstrated experience shaping or influencing product direction, innovation priorities, or therapy strategies within a healthcare or medical device environment.
- Commercially grounded mindset, with experience supporting sales, tenders, value propositions, pricing discussions, or customer-facing product strategy.
