Commercially grounded mindset, with experience supporting sales, tenders, value propositions, pricing discussions, or customer-facing product strategy. Ability to bridge commercial and technical teams, aligning diverse stakeholders around clear category strategy and outcomes. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to influence without authority across local and global organisations. Comfort operating as a category owner, balancing portfolio offerings, regulatory requirements, and commercial performance. Analytical and insight-led approach, using market, customer, and team insights to inform strategy and prioritisation. Clear communicator and educator, credible with clinicians, procurement teams, sales leaders, and senior executives.

Lead new product development and launches, from concept, validation, and business case through to launch, adoption, and post-market optimisation. Develop compelling value propositions and pricing strategies, ensuring strong health-economic and commercial justification for each segment. Monitor and respond to market dynamics, including competitor activity, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and reimbursement considerations. Influence global product and engineering teams, shaping development priorities based on UK market and commercial requirements. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver profitable and compliant growth. Track category performance and success metrics, using insight to continuously optimise portfolio mix, pricing, and channel strategy.
