What Youll Be Doing
- Youll maintain and service medical equipment based on site at 2 local hospitals, ensuring high standards of care and customer satisfaction.
- Service, repair and clean Drive Medical and competitor products.
- Plan daily tasks for maximum efficiency.
- Carry out unplanned and PPM and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle equipment safely and follow health & safety protocols.
- Maintain van stock and complete accurate paperwork.
- Support additional duties as required by management.
- Participate in the on-call rota.
