Role Summary

Commercially driven Product Manager to lead category growth in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to manage a diverse product portfolio and drive revenue and margin growth beyond market rates.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, through life‑extension and end‑of‑life planning.
  • Develop and execute tactical and strategic category plans, optimise pricing strategies and align stock levels with commercial goals.
  • Shape market entry strategies, product positioning and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge in the UK health sector.
  • Work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, purchasing, commercial, regulatory, design and logistics teams to deliver structured product strategies and support business growth.
  • Manage multiple projects, analyse market trends and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in full‑scope product/category management (ideally in a manufacturing or distribution business).
  • Experience with Durable Medical Equipment preferred.
  • Proven project‑management expertise; demonstrated ability to bring products to the market.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, hands‑on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills across international teams.
  • Experience in UK medical markets (preferred).
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive results.
  • Creative design background preferred – ability to contribute to product aesthetics, ergonomics and visual storytelling.
  • Creative, resilient and highly organised.
