Drive is seeking an IT Support Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our IT function, reporting to the ICT & Digital Manager. Based in Nantgarw, supporting our IT services across South Wales.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a small IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues within the team
  • Remain hands-on with technical support, troubleshooting, and escalations
  • Help improve IT processes and service standards

About you:

  • Proven experience in a 1st/2nd Line IT support role
  • Some experience supporting, mentoring, or guiding colleagues
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills across core Microsoft technologies
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

Role details:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: £33,610.75 (CEN 5)
  • Closing date: 19th of June 2026
  • Interview: 23rd of June 2026
