Drive Auto Group is looking for a Service Advisor to join our mid‑level team at Midway Nissan. The Service Advisor is a key member of the Service team, responsible for coordinating the service process and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and arrange efficient and accurate diagnosis of reported problems.
  • Meet & greet customers in‑person or via telephone.
  • Document repair and preventative maintenance recommendations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, work orders, and reports.
  • Follow all organizational safety standards.
  • Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Position requires sitting for long periods of time and use of office equipment and computers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Confident approach to customer interactions.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
