Drive Auto Group is looking for a Service Advisor to join our mid‑level team at Midway Nissan. The Service Advisor is a key member of the Service team, responsible for coordinating the service process and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and arrange efficient and accurate diagnosis of reported problems.
- Meet & greet customers in‑person or via telephone.
- Document repair and preventative maintenance recommendations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Maintain documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, work orders, and reports.
- Follow all organizational safety standards.
- Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
- Position requires sitting for long periods of time and use of office equipment and computers.
