We’re looking for our first B2B-focused Salary Sacrifice Specialist to win and close business in the UK market. You’ll bring strong expertise in Salary Sacrifice, with the ability to handle complex client requirements, structure solutions, and guide businesses through the process. We’re launching a salary sacrifice programme with a globally recognised EV manufacturer (H2 2026) creating a major opportunity to build and scale quickly. You’ll be supported by inbound demand, partnerships, and lead generation channels, alongside the freedom to build your own pipeline. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own outcomes, close deals, and play a key role in UK growth.

What you will do:
- Build and leverage your own network, introducers, or client base.
- Own and convert a B2B pipeline from first contact to close.
- Sell directly to decision-makers (HR, Finance, Directors).
- Convert inbound demand into revenue.
- Hit and exceed sales targets.
- Handle complex client queries and structure suitable solutions.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
