We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to lead treasury activities across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region while serving as an integral member of DRiV's Global Treasury organization. This position will be responsible for regional liquidity management, banking operations, cash forecasting, foreign exchange execution, treasury governance, and financial risk management across multiple countries and legal entities. The Sr. Treasury Manager will act as the primary liaison between EMEA finance leadership and Global Treasury, partnering closely with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Shared Services, FP&A, and Corporate Treasury. The role will also support strategic treasury initiatives including banking optimization, cash pooling, treasury technology, cross-border funding, treasury transformation, and process standardization as DRiV continues building a world-class Treasury organization.

Treasury Operations & Liquidity Management: Lead regional liquidity planning across EMEA legal entities. Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts. Monitor daily cash positions and optimize regional liquidity. Coordinate regional funding requirements with Global Treasury. Support working capital initiatives to improve cash conversion.
