About the Opportunity
This strategic leadership role holds global significance, managing and improving the EMEA HR service delivery function. It involves collaboration with HR leaders to ensure high-quality services, enhance employee-facing services, and coordinate HR programs across EMEA, aligning with Driscoll’s HR operating model. The role requires leveraging HR technology like Workday to ensure full employee lifecycle processing and compliance. Reporting to the Vice President of Global People Services and partnering with HR stakeholders, the role focuses on developing standard operating procedures and adhering to SLAs to meet HR service needs efficiently, aligned with company mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR Employee Experience & Functional Tier 2 Specialist teams, overseeing workflows, duties, and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update Tier 1 & Tier 2 supporting documents for accuracy.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the HR Employee Experience team through coaching and accountability.
- Oversee audits, define performance metrics, monitor productivity, and report progress.
- Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes and technology documentation.
- Build partnerships with Global People Services and EMEA HR leaders, fostering cross-trained teams.
- Coordinate resources for HR programs and support business-as-usual activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Ensure compliance with laws across multiple EMEA countries.
- Recommend process redesigns leveraging technology for efficiency.
- Support projects within HR employee experience & service delivery.
- Maintain employee satisfaction and develop training programs.
- Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
