About the Opportunity
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily sales operations, managing customer orders, coordinating supply and demand activities, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will work closely with Account Managers, Supply Chain, Logistics and other internal stakeholders to ensure products are delivered efficiently and customer expectations are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders within Driscoll's systems.
- Support Account Managers with order execution, pricing and volume coordination.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding orders, availability and expectations.
- Monitor customer orders and make necessary adjustments based on supply availability.
- Generate and maintain reports to assist Account Managers in decision-making.
- Identify potential supply issues and proactively communicate solutions.
- Maintain and update sales databases, service level reports and supply trackers.
- Support weekly and period-end sales activities.
- Compile and analyse information to assist with business reviews and planning activities.
- Produce accurate reports using Excel and other business systems.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Transportation, Finance and Customer Service teams.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Help resolve operational issues by collaborating across departments.
- Act as a professional ambassador for Driscoll's in all interactions.

- Ability to analyse information and make decisions based on available inventory and supply.
