Driscoll’s is looking for a Process Analyst to help design and implement future-fit processes across our EMEA business unit. This role is central to how we operate today and how we evolve for tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Identify, design, document, and implement business processes
- Analyse current-state workflows to spot pain points and opportunities
- Ensure processes align with business capabilities, value streams, and organizational roles
- Translate process designs into clear technology and automation requirements
- Support change adoption through documentation, training input, and rollout readiness
- Use BPMN and modelling tools (Signavio, Visio, ARIS, Miro) to create consistent, high-quality process documentation
- Build and maintain a process library and support continuous improvement
- Partner with stakeholders and IS to enable workflow-driven transformation

- Experienced in process analysis, design, and documentation
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinker
- Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Skilled at turning business challenges into scalable process solutions
- Proactive, curious, and passionate about operational excellence
