Driscoll’s is seeking a Senior Production Manager, Rubus Northern Europe, to lead raspberry and blackberry production across Northern Europe, aligning growers, supply chain, commercial teams and operations for sustainable growth.

You will translate demand plans into grower production actions, build strong grower relationships, and drive strategic initiatives to improve profitability and long-term category success.

Travel to sites and regular collaboration across functions are expected.
