We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Business Development and Sales Outreach Manager to help expand our UK customer base, generate qualified opportunities and build long-term business relationships.
The role
You will take responsibility for identifying prospective customers, starting meaningful sales conversations and converting interest into qualified commercial opportunities.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable researching potential clients, conducting outbound outreach, following up consistently and presenting the value of Drip CEO’s products and services professionally.
You will work closely with company leadership to improve sales messaging, test new outreach strategies and support the continued growth of the business.
- Main responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable prospective customers, partners and commercial opportunities.
- Contact prospects through telephone calls, email, Linked In and other appropriate professional channels.
- Clearly explain Drip CEO’s products, services and commercial value.
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budgets, decision-making processes and expected timescales.
- Arrange sales calls, demonstrations and meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain professional and consistent follow-up with potential customers.
- Build and manage a reliable pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of outreach activity, conversations and next steps.
- Work toward agreed outreach, meeting, pipeline and revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates on performance, market feedback and customer objections.
- Help improve sales scripts, email sequences, proposals and promotional materials.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships, referral relationships and new routes to market.
- Represent Drip CEO professionally at meetings, events and relevant networking opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company website, product offering and target customers.
