We're looking for a creative and organised Social Media Assistant \& Content Creator to join our team and help bring our clients' brands to life across social platforms. This is a hands-on role that blends creative content production with community management and performance reporting β ideal for someone who loves food and hospitality, and knows how to translate that passion into compelling digital content.
25 hours per week flexible hours Monday - Saturday MUST be a resident of Staffordshire
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photography for IG, TikTok & Facebook
- Write engaging captions, stories, and posts tailored to each client's brand audience
- Design static and animated graphics using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Produce monthly content calendars aligned to seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns
- Schedule and publish content across multiple client accounts
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and in-brand
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and user-generated content
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and compile monthly reports for clients
- Stay current with trends in social media and the hospitality industry
- Attend client briefings, site visits, and events (including evenings/weekends where required) to capture content
- Build strong relationships with client teams and act as a trusted day-to-day contact on social matters
Essential
- 1β2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation
- Strong photography and short-form video skills for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Basic Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar video editing experience
Desirable
- Experience working with hospitality brands or in an agency environment
