We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team — someone who loves variety, takes pride in getting things done, and wants to grow with a business that’s going places.

The Role

This is a brilliant all-rounder position, perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. You’ll be a vital part of our commercial team, supporting the day-to-day running of the business across a broad range of tasks. No two days will be the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing customer orders from placement through to delivery, keeping clients informed every step of the way
  • Purchase order management and liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting the commercial and sales team with admin, reporting, and day-to-day coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and helping keep our systems and processes running smoothly
  • Acting as a friendly, professional first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Contributing ideas to improve how we work — we’re a small, entrepreneurial team, so your input genuinely matters

What We’re Looking For

  • A can-do attitude and a genuine love of being busy and helpful
  • Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A team player who’s also happy to take initiative independently
  • Prior experience in a support, admin, or customer-facing role is a bonus — but we’re equally open to recent graduates, those completing an apprenticeship, or anyone returning to work after a career break or maternity leave
